Lobster and paella go old school at El Quijote- a famous landmark next to The Chelsea Hotel on West 23rd. If you cant break open the wallet for the big spend, just go sit at the bar and have some tapas and a drink. Maybe you’ll feel the urge to write a novel, like many of its famous past denizens.
